Keep Calm and Carry On – Success Is Never Easy

ree

Dear Cory,

I hope this message finds you well.

I’ve been thinking about you lately, and I felt it was time to write again — just as I did two years ago when you took that bold first step to start your construction consulting company and again last year when I reminded you that success is never easy. Today, I want to say it once more: don’t be discouraged — keep going, keep building, keep believing.

We all know the past few years have been tough. The economic uncertainty in the U.S., the shifting market conditions, and the challenges of running a young company — none of it is easy. But that’s exactly why your persistence matters even more now. The road to success is never smooth, and the ones who make it are those who refuse to give up.

In Taiwan this week, we’ve been hit hard by sudden storms — fierce winds and torrential rains have caused serious damage across the island. And yet, what can we do? We face the problems head-on, find our own solutions, and keep moving forward. That’s the spirit I hope you carry with you — the spirit of unshakable optimism, even when the skies are dark.

Your company is still young, and that means every moment counts. Keep making those sales calls. Let people know who you are, what your company stands for, and how you can help them. Always ask yourself: How can I help my clients save money while still delivering their vision? That mindset will set you apart.

Success doesn’t come overnight. It comes from consistent, courageous effort — day after day, call after call, project after project. And when you’ve done enough, when you’ve built enough, the results will be waiting for you — not far ahead.

So let me say this again, and let it echo in your heart:

Keep Calm and Carry On.

We both know — success is never easy.

But you’ve got what it takes.

Keep going, Cory. I believe in you.

Warm regards, Piny 13:17 10/23/2025 Taipei.
